Creating Delicious Dosha-Specific
Tea Blends and Spice Mixes

Sipping herbal tea and using consitutionally appropriate spice mixes are two fundamental ways of maintaining or regaining optimal body, mind and spirit balance. The herbal teas provide a slow, gentle, daily detox and support for the liver and kidneys (as well as other vital organs) and the spice mixes enhance the bioavailability of nutrients from the food you consume. Both serve to improve overall gut health which, according to Ayurveda, is the foundation of longevity.
